The deck overall is a combo deck. Max Baine XP is a starter so you can play any dude from your hand at 3 less, which really helps the overall economy. SBS is there to mill away Cheatin' Res and Kidnappin' jobs from your opponent's hand. With those opposing Cheatin' Res gone, you'll start to get a bit more mileage out of your Devil's Jokers.

With the deck being geared more towards high values, Shadow Walk + Soul Blast becomes more of a threat, and with the overall low skill check values, Showboating starts to occur more and more.
