Might be a little outdated but here's a deck I made based around The Wretched when it first came out. It combines some mad scientists with abominations and fourth ring control. It's pretty fun to play but it does have some flaws, so criticism is welcome.

The idea is to use Margaret Hagerty and Valeria Batten to invent The Wretched and ace Pagliaccio as part of the cost. The Wretched are intimidating and totally disposable so they can be used to take on enemy dudes, but they're also Abominations so they lock down town square with the help of Oddities of Nature. You can also equip them with Asyncoil Gun for some Shotgun-esqe shenanigans. If one does end up getting aced, Raising Hell and Soul Cage can bring him back as long as there's a Mad Scientist available, or you could bring back a Pagliaccio. After Raising Hell aces itself, The Whateley Estate can bring it back, so the deck's main engine should hold together even if the match lasts a long time.

The other main part of the deck is fourth ring control, with Paralysis Mark and Avie Cline (Exp.1) to lock down dudes and Blood Curse and Rumors to eat away at their influence.

The rest of the deck mostly just supports these main strategies: Micah Ryse (Exp.1) makes Asyncoil Gun more dangerous while Testing Range hopefully makes them not blow up.

A few extra hucksters make all the hexes a bit more useful and Magical Distraction punishes cheating. Nicodemus Whateley can also push the win with his ability.

Dabney Scuttlesby and Roderick Byre are both backup scientists in case one of the starters gets hit with an early game Kidnapping. This deck is also a weird combination of 9s, Qs, Abominations, and Mad Scientists that makes the combination of Eve Henry and Dr. Dawn Edwards somewhat viable.
