4-1 at huddersfield sherriff The start flexs depending on the opponent with sister lois swapping for wendy vs law dogs and sister lois and andrew flexing for Jacqueline and wendy vs desi row.

The main idea is to give ister mary a sword and some blessings and fire have her sitting in the opponents home calling out key dudes. sister lois and the backups mop up anyone still in town.

I thought Magical Distraction required you to discard a hex, that opens up some interesting possibilities. Nice!

Bravo for showing everyone the difference that Nightmare at Noon has made to the Arsenal in the face of some doubts, great performance. Sorry I couldn't watch your T8 game, understand you got a rough opening hand and had to face your nemesis, Steve playing 4th Ring Control...

Many thanks for hanging around to give me lift home and getting everyone back safely.

Nice deck.

Don't you miss walk the path? It seems to me that this build can be outmaneuvred if opponent don't want to have a fight.

With The Arsenal dudes can't hide at home. Fights are gonna happen.

Walk the path cuts across sister marys ability. the arsenals ability means you don't really get out manoeuvred. firstly your opponents home isn't really safe. as you can call out any of there dudes, in most cases the call out will be refused and their dudes left booted at home.

As you can call out while booted you can chase their dudes around town reasonably well

I really struggled with this against Dudes and deeds. They turtled up and refused all shootouts. The deck has no way of throwing bounty onto opponents dudes, other than once at the beginning of game. Have you got a solution to this?

This deck has style. Great theme, love it to bits. Fantastic job Neramoor.

That's one of the reasons I really like For Such a Time as This, because it can be a situation where you're goading the opposition into a fight.

I don't think For such a time as this works well. Your chances of pulling skill check totaling 13 or better in this deck are fairly slim. (only Mario Crane requires a 12). If your skill check totals a 9,10, or 11 (which this deck can definitely do), you must pull a job on the town square, and get no benefits from it.

I wonder if it would be worth the risk to somehow shoehorn in one or two copies of Confession in order to add bounties to dudes in your opponent's home (to keep dudes from just booting away upstairs when called out with The Arsenal) and to cash out bounties on your own dudes after those shootouts at your opponent's home.

@Pintyhet I'd rather switch 2 K actions for 2 Election Day Slaughter, which is great to force shootouts.

``@jhonwayne`That's funny you say that; I have Election Day Slaughter in place of Point Blank in my build.

Neat deck, I gave a version of it for a spin last night. Fun to play but it can be inconsistent. I played it against shooty clowns last night and it just trounced this deck but it was fun nonetheless. There's just something satisfying about equipping a sword and blessed spells and calling people out.

Quick question: can you use your home ability to call people out while booted?

Aug 29, 2015 Pintyhet

Sure can!

I don't think confession really works as its off value and the blessed arn't really big enoguh to make it work. For such a time as this can probably come out. Ebanezzer maybe part of the answer to dudes and deeds.
