This deck wants to rush town square with its big shooters, and either win in a big shootout, or by amassing control points by stealing deeds or letting Allie Hensman sit in town. The ability on the Law Dogs identity card can put bounties on people to either encourage the opponent to leave them home, or to pick up some quick money by killing them.

Since it's a Law Dogs deck, it does a fairly good job of punishing cheating, especially with Tommy Harden in the startling lineup. I'm playing around with A Coach Comes to Town and Recruitment Drive. The idea is to hold town square so you can do the job with a fairly worthless guy, either getting 4 unopposed Ghost Rock, or some targets to shoot at in town square. If you play against a lot of Morgan Cattle Co. that wants to run away, you might want to find room for more copies of these cards.

Your draws in this deck are 2, 3, and 5. There are a handful of 4's and aces so you can potentially luck into a straight, but this deck is mostly looking for full houses and four of a kinds. The deck doesn't have an outstanding layout for a shootout deck, but it also relies on Sun in Yer Eyes, studs, or on turning your guys into studs with Pearl-handled Revolver or The Stakes Just Rose.

Staring lineup against most decks is Xiong "Wendy" Cheng, Tommy Harden, Philip Swinford, and Travis Moone. Against Morgan Cattle Company, trade out Wendy for Lucinda "Lucy" Clover and Olivia Jenks to have more influence in case you're playing against Landslide.

If you don't have multiple core sets, you can just replace the third copy of Sun in Yer Eyes with another copy of The Stakes Just Rose.
