This looks pretty solid, just a couple of notes.

  1. Plasma Drill is ... underwhelming, to say the least. Feel free to play it, but I think you'll find that it is just too expensive and cumbersome for what it does. Would recommend swapping that out, maybe for Force Field?

  2. Genesee "Gina" Tailfeathers is also not really worth her cost. I would recommend swapping her out for Diego Linares in your starting posse. He would give you another starting Mad Scientist, and he has influence.

  3. Would recommend replacing Bank of California and The Extra Bet with Old Marge's Manor and General Store.

  4. Same for Ramiro Mendoza and Arnold Stewart. Would recommend swapping for "Dead" Billy Jones and "Lucky" Sky Borne or Prof. Eustace True. Alternately, you could just swap out Ramiro and you could start Arnold. It would decrease your starting money, but you could use Arnold and/or Diego to invent and William Specks for his cost reduction ability.

Otherwise I think this is a solid step forward from your previous list. You may find that some of those Morgan dudes (Harold Aimslee, Rémy LaPointe, Lane Healey (Exp.1)) are a little too expensive, you should consider swapping out some of them for cheaper dudes that are on value for your structure.

Keeping with your money cards theme, some other options to consider would be It's Not What You Know..., Cheatin' Varmint, and the aforementioned Force Field. They will let you spend money to close the gap in shootouts, since your structure isn't as strong as a dedicated shootout deck will be.

Oh one more option for dudes to swap in would be Chuan "Jen" Qí, she would fit right in.

Seconding the sensible tips above, plus maybe have one or two cheatin' punishment cards on a high enough value to pass gadget checks. Will help keep your opponent honest, otherwise they might realise that there's not opposing cheatin' punishment.
