Your starting Posse costs 15 of your 18 GR and Sloane eats your +3 Production every turn, this means you'll start your first turn with either 2 or 4 GR and could run into some real economy issues. If you lose lowball first turn you have only 2 Deed cards in your deck you can play. If you win lowball you have 7 GR producing Deeds you can play. Without one of your 4 GR producing actions I think you'll struggle to play another Dude or one of the Weapons or pay for Ambush until after Sloane has been aced/discarded.
As far as your draw structure it looks like you are going for a straight/straightflush A-5 with 3's being the main value with 10 in deck, 2's/4's with 9 each in deck and 5's with 8 in deck. I think you'll struggle to go toe to toe early on with other aggressive shooty decks early that are building a more traditional Full House/Four of a Kind structure with 12+ cards in 2 values and maybe 10+ in a third value.
