The deck I'm toying around with at the moment. Not entirely happy with it, so suggestions welcome!

The basic premise is to use Rafi Hamid to set up a killer Defense while building Government Deeds. In my first test, I started Rafi, but found I didn't have the power to make the deck work, so I swapped in Wendy as a Starter, and found it worked much better. I'd probably like another copy of Rafi to make sure I can get him into play, but in my next 2 test games, it proved very effective, especially with my opponent playing his own Hustings in one game...

Rest of the deck is low values (to match the Government deeds), so I through in a couple of Legendary Holsters, as I've got a few high bullet dudes to make them dangerous.
