For a horses deck, why only 1 copy of Run 'em Down and 1 Fresh Horses? Being able to move and then boot someone on one action as part of ReD is strong. It's also a tremendous way of booting someone that was intending to be protected by Hiding in the Shadows.

Why Unprepared? The ability is useful, but if it turns up in a draw hand, it is a dead card due to no other 10's being in the deck. You have no 8 of clubs, which would be an easy switch, especially once Ridden Down comes out in the latest saddlebag.

Personally, I'm not sold on The R&D Ranch when having so many clubs. You wouldn't want to risk discarding it when there is a character you control there, so either you don't use it the turn it is played via your outfit, or you paid full price and risk making a loss. Also, being an out of town control point carries pros and cons. If your opponent has a cheap influence character that they send to it (like their own Irving Patterson, Philip Swinford, etc.), then unless you send a shootout character with a Mechanical Horse so they can then declare a shootout after, they have tied up you character with a likely inferior one. If they still control it, money down they will hope to pull a club and discard everything there.

I can see what the deck is trying to do, and it is great to see another horse deck instead of landslide / dudes & deeds. I just hope my questions allow the deck to be further refined.

Hi friend, thanks for advices. Not playing MC alot myself, doing decks for playgroup. I used to play 3 Run'em Down but found myself having somes in hand that I couldn't use efficiently. I decided that I gave more chance to the Hired Help. With this draw structure I can't play SIYE so I decided to play 4x Pistol Whip or Unprepared to have a bit of Bullet Reduction. 5 & 10 value are of little help to have the possibility to draw flush, but I didn't charged the deck with those values. I'm waiting for the Ride them Down to add that value that would boost this archetype alot ! RED Ranch is not so great for producing but I love to have CPoints out of town in this movement based deck. Plus the Value made it a must have here, but I'm waiting for more ranch in this archetype. Work on progress on this deck, the card poole doesn't permit it to be one of the strong archetype but it's mostly fun and seems to have support upcoming !
