Make everybody wanted to capitalize on Thunder Boy and Hattie in shootouts, then make money off of their wantedness with Gomorra Gazette. Quick, steady income, decently reliable non-cheatin' FH, 4oaK most rounds boosted by Tommy.

Congratulations! Always nice to see a LD do well, and I am particularly intrigued by your startin' posse. I particularly like seein' the Legal Instruments / Gomorra Jail + Orphanage. I'm curious: did you find you got much mileage out of runnin' Andrew Burton over, say, Philip Swinford? I'm also intrigued by Cookin' Up Trouble. Did you find it to be a solid card? (I'm often find myself 'stuck' on what 4th/3rd '4c' to include, and keep passing over Cookin' b/c of cost and a fear of it being stuck in my hand if they don't cheat on lowball). Lastly, I'm curious as to why Erin Knight made the cut (or, rather, how you used her). Like my friend above, I would have gone with Judge Harry Somerset (Exp.1)... but you won the Epitaph event, so show's what I know... ;-) Thanks for throwin' up the decklist! Lots of inspiration here for further tinkering... |

As for Erin Knight vs. Harry, I think I'll follow your suggestion. Now that I've played the deck a lot more, I think he would be more useful. I've never gotten Erin out anyway. As for Cookin' Up Trouble, money wasn't an issue, and it came in reeeal handy a few times to get rid of Sun in Yer Eyes, The Stakes Just Rose, and the like. |

Congratulations! As noted elsewhere, nice to see a little bit of variation in LD starting posses around a recurring group. He's expensive, but Judge Harry Somerset (Exp.1) would give you another way to get rid of opposing influence? Or Bobo as a cheap "Poor Man's Steven Wiles" on 6?
Your commentary on The Gomorra Gazette has inspired some crazy jank: a start of Tommy Harden, Constance Daughtry, Philip Swinford, Willa Mae MacGowan and Ol' Howard fetching The Gomorra Gazette. Leaves 1 starting GR out of Law Dogs.
Then each turn I can make an opposing 2-influence dude wanted and gain 2-GR (assuming there is an appropriate target in play). A mere three turns (!) until I'm running at a profit, so I might need to play a bit more defensively, but I'm tempted to see if I can make it work...
