Played this deck a few times so far has done really well losing only one game out of 6. Basic strategy is just drop deeds then dudes and rush fast to win with out of outfit dudes but all i'm looking for is cheap dudes with influence for nico.

Why bother with Genesee "Gina" Tailfeathers, especially as a starter?

0 Influence fails to meet your criteria that everyone be influential.

Kyle Wagner is in faction and the same cost/upkeep.

Travis Moone is 2/0 and lets you look at a whole new starting hand instead of just 2 new cards.

Jake Smiley can't hold a deed during the day, but he can control it at Sundown (and costs 2/0).

If you had a Bunkhouse in there I'd understand the plan.

I suppose that Yan Li's Tailoring or The Mayor's Office can give her the needed influence for the great bow, but you could use those on Kyle or Jake too.

I supposed the question is better asked this way: What card would you be willing to give up to Genesee "Gina" Tailfeathers for the boot and the draw at the start of the game. If that can't be answered, A swap (and possible threat that this is a gadget deck with Kyle) might be the better play.

Also, have you considered dudes with low costs, regardless of their upkeep? Bobo, Steven Wiles and The Fixer all have low entry costs and can be used on the final bow out for minimal investments.


Also, the inclusion of The R&D Ranch might be questionable, given the %age of club pulls you can expect.

You also can not use Nicodemus Whateley ability in The R&D Ranch since it's a out of town deed

"While your dudes are at in-town deeds, they gain the ability: "Noon,Boot: If this dude has 1 or more influence, give Nicodemus a control point" "At the end of Sundown, or if he is ever at home, Nicodemus loses all his control points" Actually Nico can be used at the R&d to camp yes you cant boot for the control point there ,but it is a defensive card opponent chases you there pull they lose their dudes and you lose nico not a big deal. Gina is an amazing starter would you rather start with 5 cards or 6. I chose six every time.
