Goal was to make a 4th Ring deck with minimal duplicates but a 10-J-Q draw structure.

This deck draws well, which means I usually lose lowball. The problem is generating any income - with income 3 and upkeep 2 and -1 for losing lowball = no money to get deeds and dudes out on the board. Thoughts on how to improve my economy?
