This is a DMH deck with the goal of exploiting Justice In Exile to give the opponent hard decisions. Establishin' Who's in Charge is the obvious win condition, but to oppose it your opponent will need to send dudes to your deeds, where they will gain bounties.
Baijiu Jar is in the deck in case your hand gets clogged with Cheatin' cards against an honest opponent.
