The Fourth Ring

First attempt at a Fourth Ring deck.

Draw Structure is 16x 8 / 10x 10 / 9x J / 7x Q.

Also, only very few cards below 8, to make hex pulls extremely likely (could also start out with Mongwau instead of Wilber to further improve this, but this starting posse has no upkeep, which is nice to start out).

Ideally, I would swap out one The Ghostly Gun for another Steven Wiles, but I have only the four and wanted to build two decks with them, so I put two of them into each of the decks.
