Devon was behind Reggie Mallard joining the outlaws, and for his card he wanted Reggie's wife to be his literal partner in crime (at least at other player's private locations).

"Pet" feeds Reggie's bullet bonus, and brings the ability to help control locations during a shootout. Usually only key for shootout deeds like Carter's Bounties, Hart's Tea Shop, or Shane and Graves Security, -- but those are all popular deeds.

Petunia is also very likely to say "I don't think so" to an opposing Mariel Lewis.
