Was originally going to play an Experienced Judge deck but gave that one to another player in my group that doesn't own any cards. I had built this deck the night before but hadn't tested it yet so I wasn't sure how it would work.

First game was against Desolation Row dead man's hand deck that also used Meet the New Boss for additional control points. First turn I won lowball and he played two reserves two my one plus I pulled out Circle M Ranch using Mario for the home discount. I started moving into town square to oppose a job a suspected was coming as he played a deed and a pair of six shooters. He added a control point to the deed unopposed and ended up a fight between Barton Everest and Sanford Taylor vs Ramiro and Jacqueline which he drew all of his off value cards plus a joker which got him to three of a kind to a five of a kind so game over.

Round two went against a Law Dogs deck that used Wendy and Gomorra jail with hangin' jobs and pistol whips to try and get control points. Saw a deed and a reserves in my starting hand so blindly decided not to use Travis. Should have looked better as the deed was Pat's Perch (which is okay) and used the reserves but the other cards were a coachwhip and two establishin who's in charge. He ended up passing a bit to try and build his play hand to his liking while I drew nothing on my next hand. Went to round four (round three went pass/pass) before seeing another deed. He played a Pearly's Palace so I sent Mario to the jail and Ramiro to the bar with Jacqueline in town square. He went after Mario first who brought Jacque in and a legal four of a kind dispatched Andrew and a studded-up Philip Swinford. At this point he was left with Wendy and Tommy and I played Circle M Ranch and Steven Wiles. He was left with no choice but to pick a shootout (Ramiro and Stakes Just Rose Travis). His four of a kind was no match for the dead man's hand and it was game over.

Last round was against my other deck and turned out to be for first place. Was a really good game as each deck was built with some sense on how to finish off the other. I was able to start was an Evidence in hand and won the lowball. He added the Winchester to Philip with his first action so I removed the bounty on Mario. That really slowed him down but I drew some terrible shootout hands in town square and lost both Ramiro and Travis to his Andrew Burton. Two rounds later and Mario was at the Mayor's Office with an extra CP (and Jacqueline had +1 influence) but both had bounties. Out came Bobo and he and Philip took on Mario with a Judge job. Moved Jacqueline in and shootout ended at full house to full house. Discarded Mario (he added a CP to the jail) and he discarded Bobo and I ran home. His dude's went home booted. I played Steven Wiles who walked over to the jail to take it and that was that.

If the last shootout was full house vs. full house, Mario wouldn't be discarded and wouldn't give a control point to Jail, he would just go home booted because he's harrowed, which is why you're starting him in the first place right?

It was Ramiro who was discarded. Mario was aced earlier that game with Travis.
