Use Margaret Hagerty's ability to create The Wretched by acing Pagliaccio. Use Soul Cage to bring back Pagliaccio or other fallen abominations. Eventually build up enough economy and abominations to bring in Ivor Hawley (Exp. 1) and other huckster support. Should Margaret get killed you have Dabney Scuttlesby and Dawn Edwards as mad scientist backup.

I know you can move your abominations to town square for influence, but since you have the leftover GR at the start of the game anyways, I'd throw a Jake Smiley in your starting posse just to play it safe.
