A straight flush deck operating out of the hearts, 3s through 7s. Most of the gadgets and goods cycle back into the deck, while fueling various aspects of the chess game, allowing you to out fund, out control point, and out maneuver your opponent rather quickly, while ensuring a steady cycle of heart suits in the deck for when a shootout does occur.
Doomsday Supply, Technological Exhibition, Pratt, and Burnett, are the center of the decks early game speed, allowing you to grab and gadget or good you need, and play them quickly for practically no cost to you.
After a few bounties are passed around on key targets, using the Culpability Scientizer and the notary public in conjunction with the jail, you are now ready to use the Arsenal's ability to begin forcing shootouts against key targets (typically high influence targets, as technological exhibition has probably given you a slight CP lead by mid game) allowing you to use the jail to clinch the victory by stacking even more control points.

After some play testing, I would recommend replacing one Currency Press with a Legal Instruments. With the Doomsday Supply, your chances of getting it out in time to mitigate a slide deck are pretty good. Legal instruments can also be attached to a public deed, allowing you to combo better with Notary Public.
Androcles Brocklehurst should be replaced with Rafi Hamid. While Rafi costs 1 more ghost rock, with the high count of deputies, he will allow for better synergy. Also, he's a deputy himself, which means he gets the influence bonus off Legal Instruments.
Last but not least. You might want to try switching to Technological Exhibition for Faster on the Draw. The deputy count is already really high in the deck, so there won't be any shortage of dudes to use it on. It can also add some teeth to both of your starting MS. I'm not too sure on this change though, haven't tested it, but it may be necessary depending on the meta game.
