Good luck with the tweaked version - though this went pretty well in Newcastle already.
I wondered about adding The Mayor's Office too - keep a space beside your home for it and don't expand your street in that direction. Then it is easy for Clementine to hold it as it will count as a Saloon and you can use it to remove influence from opposing dudes that move through the Town Square.
