Structure is too loose and needs to tighten up. Needs four run em downs and I would probably swap 2 pintos for lemats.
the general idea is to pile out horses with your influence studs riding quarter horses. You use Regulators to hold town square run EDS and then use the quarter horse riding dudes to take over town.
