[WWE] Horses Built This Town From Nothing

Another entry to flesh out WWE decklists a bit, as well as get familiar with the pool.

15/15/10 on 8/9/J (respectively) can fight, but the goal, as with most of my decks, isn't that. Build up horses with Maggie, make money with Outfit (+ a healthy number of deeds), Irving (+ Maggie), and a upkeepless-yet-functional start.

Like my last list, also wants Walter (and Arthur, even if he does fail yagns on 8), but no room in the start, and they're too low for pull safety.
