Baratheon 9

Tweaked the starting posse to add 1 influence, because 3 was just too low to start with. Unfortunately that means no Travis, but we'll see how many times that really hurts.

Added some more shootout actions (The Stakes Just Rose and Sun in Yer Eyes). Tweaked the deeds for slightly better economy to fund bringing out some more dudes for influence protection.
