A fairly standard Desolation Row deck that I took to the Dark Sphere OP1 tournament in London running 4s, 5s and 8s.
I ended up going 3-1 in swiss and then 2-0 in the final.
Video of the final can be found at http://www.twitch.tv/darkspheretwitch/b/660039325 Starts at about 44:00.

Yes, that's the starting posse (although in the final I ended up starting Lawrence over Clementine) but then you can make 3 GR a turn running the job (transferring the bounty to Milt if you run with Angelica) so you can quickly get going. Did it ever backfire? Yes! Twice I lost Milt and Angelica while running the job, once on the first turn and once on the second. It is possible to recover though since once you've lost them both you're getting 3 GR income a turn and there's a lot of other dudes that can replace them. I managed to win the game in which I lost Milt and Angelica on the first turn against another Desolation Row (Jake Smiley shot an excellent 4 of a kind to oppose a job late in the game). The other terrible start I lost against an Oddities of Nature because I misplayed a deed to give them enough control points to win. Even with the loss of Milt and Angelica you've still got 4 influence (5 if you can get Clementine to a Saloon) to stall for more dudes. It can certainly make for tense games though! |

This deck is so close to have Dead man's hand. ^^ |
Just double checking, that's the definite starting roster? 5 guys? They're not optional?
Seems like 0 wealth, 1 income is super high risk but I presume you make up for this by aggressively using the outfit ability with Milt? Did that ever backfire at all?
