Of course the main idea is to take control of the Town Square and use the Sloane ability to generate CP or GR, dependent on current condition.
Ideally, Paralysis Mark and Fetch get on Jonah quickly. He can then use Fetch to save lives in a shooutout and Paralysis Mark to stop big guns from entering the Town Square or prevent dudes from being able to call out Allie and Travis who are the main two generating points/GR in the middle. (Though Travis is an easy casualty to take when pushed.)
If they have a dude they seem particularly invested in (or like to camp at home as a Morgan Dudes and Deeds deck) use Kidnappin' to call them out. Try to make sure that Allie has already generated Control so that the fight can be ended early and she go home, keeping her CP safe.
Reserves are there for extra cash because when I run a similar 4R deck it always seems to hemorrhage for funds. This Sloane decks seems to be pretty flush, though it's still more likely expensive dudes won't get down, so don't count on them.
Once Faith & Fear comes out, Maria Kingsford will be added to the Starting Posse. Still deciding if she will be an addition or a replacement for Lawrence Blackwood.
This deck is guaranteed to make every single hex unless one of the starters gets discarded and shuffled in. Paralysis will definitely work on any dude with a 7 value or lower and can possibly succeed as high as a 10 (but 7's and lower are a sure thing, so I tend not to push my luck). The Pharmacy is the only off value card, but I've rarely found it to gum up the works as it almost always makes it on the table. Especially when using Fetch to get it into your play hand ASAP. Both its ability and 2 CP have been clutch in games, but having only one doesn't hurt the draw structure too much, especially with a 2 Stud like Jonah.

There should be a Travis in there as a Starter in case no hexes are drawn in the first hand. That makes 3 Starting Wealth and 5 Starting Dudes.
