Hopefully the drawn card helps you win faster, because not only does he get more expensive as the game goes on, but the bounty that you will want to stack on him can easily turn into a financial windfall for your opponent.

Maybe Combine with Belligerence or On the Lam in case circumstances keep you from using him with Deadwood Miner's Alliance.
