Is Morgan Beef a Controlled Substance? Sheriff of Sacramento

The deck concept is to marry a spell based movement control deck with Morgan's ability to more easily put deeds into play. Likely better all around as a straight Fourth Ring deck, but what is the fun in that? 2x Puppet were added after running afoul of a 6 influence Silas Aims at KublaCon. The real shining star of the deck is Takin' Ya With Me, as it effectively guarantees being able to remove at least one influence in a shootout. Heavy 15 / 15 "structure" makes shootouts not complete suicide, but the 18 other cards mean that you cannot take them for granted either. Lack of Jokers is on purpose, as Jokers are not Paralysis Marks, or Deeds, or anything else.
