WhiteYin 4

Well I'm back because I haven't played Doomtown in ages and thought this would be a good way to come back into it.

So for those who have seen and commented on my previous version, I'm trying for the same theme. Try to use Influence as much as possible and when things breakdown, having combat ability to solve it. I think I've managed to tighten up the structure somewhat but I'm still terrible at it for some reason.

Any and all thoughts are welcome.

One thing I notice right away is that you start with 2 GR and only 1 income, which means 0 income when you lose lowball. You only have 2 deeds that cost 2 gr or less (and lots of very expensive deeds, in general) so you are betting everything on winning lowball. And that's not even thinking about the cost of your various goods/sprits.

I suggest either a higher starting GR, somehow, or higher starting income, or choosing lower-costed deeds, or some combination of the above.

One other thing I noticed: you have only 1 shaman who is a 0 rating, which means Sun Touched Raven will fail almost 100% of the time, Turtles Guard will fail a majority of the time, and Mother Bears Rage will fail close to all the time. I like the idea of a Legendary Holster and Spirits deck, but it will likely require the help of Black Elk so you can actually make your spirit pulls.

Keep refining - that's half the fun of this game! (at least it is for me) Legendary Holster + Spirits is a tricky deck to pull off since one wants high pulls and the other wants low pulls, but could be worth it if you find the right build.

I guess I really need to stop making decks at work lol Focused too much on the values than the details. Legendary holster was actually only added as there was a lot of low values and again forgot the details of the ability to actually use the spells (which I basically copied give or take from previous versions)

Cool I'll take that all on board and back to the drawing board
