This deck was directly copied from the Cattle Barons deck that I discovered earlier this month. I added a couple more cards from NTNR and DD to flesh it out. This is the Morgan deck that I built simultaneously with the 3 other posses to have 4 full decks that only uses the core set and a copy of each expansion. Each deck was designed to showcase the 'fun bits' of each faction and still perform well. I liked the inspiration deck for this because it utilized quite a few gadgets, which are fun to invent and use. It also had great shooters and plenty of deeds to experience that Cash Money Flow that Morgan decks excel at. This was the first deck I won a Deputy match with, so I'm really glad the way it turned out.

Glad it worked out! I love the Fiesta in Texas title.

There were some weaknesses to the CB 7-8-9 deck, so I will publish its updated version soon.

Thanks, I live in Dallas so I try to work (force) 'Texas' into the titles of all my decks :]

And nice! I'll look for it! I'll try to post the other 3 decks in my set too. I'm still trying to make the Sloane deck usable.

One question - why the Stone Idol? Unless I'm missing something, I don't see any other cards that trigger off of a dude's value, so I'm not sure why you'd ever want to play it.

Just its card value. I might replace it with a Tin Star but thats not super essential either. It definitely needs some more work.

Ahh, makes sense. In that case I would definitely go with either a Tin Star or another Mechanical Horse - either of those you at least have the theoretical potential of getting some benefit out of, even if they are mostly there just for draw structure.
