The eternal conundrum: to play Slide or DMH?
insert "Why not both?" meme
This is a very loose deck, so it won lowball a lot. The game plan, chess match the opponent. The deck can shoot, but not well until it devolves. I managed to land a few DMH during Gencon, which was pleasantly surprising.
If you face an early Kidnapping or other job, let it go unless it will lose you the game. There's enough characters to keep you in, most of the time. And between Asakichi, Rock, and Ragged Mule, plenty of movement for chess.
I went 3-2 and snagged top (and only) Anarchist with this deck.

DMH is a Dead Man's Hand (the top hand rank). Slide is shorthand for "Landslide" - meaning lots and lots of deeds - the aim being to throw out more control points than your opponent can possibly counter with their influence. |
How are new players supposed to know what DMH or Slide means?
