If the focus is on controlling the Town Square, why not include Allie Hensman as well? You can't start with her, but she's easy to play, and can let you build control without moving from the centre.

It looks like you need to win quick before your dudes get split up, as you won't have a lot to spend in the early game if you lose low ball.

I'd probably drop Ramiro Mendoza as I'm not sure you have the economy to support him... Either that or Pancho Castillo who only seems to be there for draw value?
