the new king of the Anarchists - if they believed in kings. cheaper if you can spread your presence around town - connecting with Buzz Crover and Randall.

A little less influence than other kings, his harrowed manitou scares folks, but helps keep him alive. And a repeatable way of smashing goods is not disappointing.
