The theme: As the deck´s title suggests, the theme of the deck is the celebration of a wedding. And what does a wedding need? A couple to start with: Ursula, The Worm Queen and Ivor Hawley (Exp.1) A place for the celebration: The Crystal Palace Nice outfits: Hawley's Rose A ceremonial Vehicle: Clown Carriage The wedding´s pressent: Essence of Armitage Some guests: The dudes Money: Because weddings are expensive.
How the deck works:
The idea is to win with not much control points but having a lot of influence.
This is achieved (or should at least) getting into shooutouts and using Corporeal Twist and the Essence of Armitage in conjunction with Point Blank for control and with Hawley's Rose and abominations beeing at the Crystal Palace, and/or using Malison for more inlfuence.
Shortcut, La Quema the Clown Carriage and Sarah Meoquanee help with the dudes beeing unbooted to use Point Blank effectively. There also are Bolts o' Doom to be used on high influence hucksters to lower the bullets on opposing dudes. Ricochet, and Outgunned also support the idea above.
The deck can be a bit on the expensive side, so Agent Provocateur Evan Lucas, Huntsmen's Society, the Gomorra Gaming Commission and High Stakes Haven with the acing of opponent wanted dudes can hopefully mitigate this.
The estructure of the deck: It´s a 4 value deck stacking 15/15/7/6 that can easily get legal full houses but can struggle a bit to get 4´OaK or 5´Oak so joker recovery is nice with the Devil's Six Gun, and increasing hand ranks with Hex Slingin' is helpful nonetheless.
So yeah, that´s for Vermilion Wedding.
