An initial draft of a dirty dogs deck. Use the Law Dogs ability to make the cheap and low influence but high-draw Travis Moone wanted, and then use that along with Bad Company and Back Ways to get him where you need him. Use Shotgun to take out the small frys. Travis gets into some trouble? Attach Bluetick to Xiong "Wendy" Cheng and send her in to kick out any nasty shooters.
