Because The Treadmill is a boring place to be.
The idea behind this deck; make a deck with Bobo as the Center pillar.
There's two scaling sources we can go with to make this happen: Victor "Nines" de Boré or José Morales. We go Jose for a couple reasons:
To help us with our goal of hugely scaling Bobo, we get a couple big clubs:
From here, we're on 10+Q with Hucksters; High value hexes would be a completely valid gameplan with 9s as a third value. But instead, we're going all-in on the Bobo theme with K as the third value. This gives us Point Blank (which has big synergy with UA; UA in the Bobo and then smash), as well as Nightmare at Noon.
With 10+Q+K as values, we will still grab Soul Blast off-value; just too good with our gameplan.
We include Soul Cage, as, while this isn't a broad Abom deck, it gives Bobo resilience. We include Rosen and New Varney to round out this include.
For our start, we grab Maria for a back-up Soul Blast caster, and Rosaleen not for her use as a huckster, but a cost-efficient influence + grifter. We do not have much in the budget for stud, so we grab Tsurugi, and hope to round him out with Pete + Silver-Weaved Staff. Pete also helps boost Jose (+ Bobo) by getting him a weapon.
Since we're including Pete, we grab a Shotgun.
It could be done out of Deadwood Miner's Alliance, though it risks not being able to afford the shotgun at the start of R1 without its ability. I also like Sloane Gang for the faster ramp (a slightly more aggro presence).
That's really it. Go to TS, shoot, hopefully don't die.

In retrospect, give consideration to The Resurrectionist in place of Jacqueline Isham.
