Version 1.5 of "To the bunkhouse"

The premise of the deck is use Nicodemus Ability to pump up as much control points (the range of 5 (Jake, Paggy, The Brute, Nicodemus, Bunkhouse), to 7 (Bobo/Steven, Travis) all in 1 quick turn, by abusing the Cabin (Bunkhouse) skill to give these 0 influence dudes the 1 influence they need to trigger Nico.

The deck structure is 6 - 8 - 9 with 12 – 16 – 16, respectively it won’t win you low ball most of the time, but it’s reliable enough in a shoot out just in case they to force the issue as soon as possible (kidnapping)

I changed the “one of” in the deck, to include fetch and Raising hell, you can swap the number around to fit your preference

Fetch – Use this to punish their cheating hands, in attempt to force more shoot outs with your full posse, or to back out and try another day. It also helps with the set up, to get bobo, Steven, or the all-important bunkhouse itself.

Raising Hell – Initially I had the idea of using this to get one more control point, or by being able to bring back the brute, after the shootout booting him again, which works but I found this card (at least when I play tested with it) mind game pretty well, my brother got afraid to engage fearing the 4 stud bobo, and I manage to keep him off for a day due to him thinking bobo was already in my hand. You can also use this in combination with the home ability since that triggers after the spell pull not the spell.

I also swapped the The oddities of nature of the base home (Thanks Mplain), since one more income made it, so I can keep 3 ghost rock, which is the cost of bunkhouse and bobo/steven, and one Paggy for Jake, in case I find myself having to stall due to not having the cards turn 1.

Overall I don’t think I will be touching this anymore, until frontier justice comes out, then I might be able to see ways to make this better, but for now I think it’s pretty good

P.S. Movie based names are fun.

The Mayor is HERE!

I'd suggest trying Puppet or Blood Curse as off-value cards, they can make a huge impact sometimes, both against shooty and turtling decks.

I also found Faster on the Draw and This’ll Hurt in the Mornin’ quite useful in this deck - sure they slow you down vs. landslide, but help a great deal vs. Kidnappin', and they WILL try to get the Mayor =_=
