8's and 10's for main hand. See what you think still tweaking this deck. Any advice would be much appreciated. Looking to make a solid deck, this will be my first deck to take to a tourney, still green on that aspect.

The first thing that really jumps out is no 8s of 10s of clubs. I'd definitely recommend adding some, both to help you get legal 4-of-a-kinds in shootouts and also because Unprepared is just really good and useful vs most decks. On 8s you could take This'll Hurt in the Mornin' as you don't have many Cheatin' Resolutions.

I'm going to second what DoomDog said. Consider running between 14x-16x cards on eight (8s) as well as ten (10s). This will be your primary structure, and with a one-stud several-redraw shooting starting posse, you'll know just what cards to discard when (not if) you get in a fight. Runing The Sloane Gang starting Allie Hensman screams "Come and get me!" to your opponent.

One last tip, especially as you tighten your structure (8s and 10s), is that Buford Hurley's upkeep will kill your early economy. May I recommend starting Willa Mae MacGowan in his stead. To boot, her awesome Resolution ability can pull your other dudes safely out of a shootout gone south (and you get to keep any control points you've already earned).

If you decide to basically overhaul your structure after all (replacing around ten non-8's / non-10s for 8s / 10s), and you are open to other advice, I'm sure the folks here would be happy to help you with a "round two" of consult.

Welcome and Cheers!

Took some of this advice and changed a few things, some reason the updated deck is separate from this one.
