Facing our own David Lapp I got the Maza Gang Hideout up to 7 Control.

As to the first part, might be a good idea.

As to the second, 1) no Out For Blood in hand yet, and 2) no reliable way to give Silas Bounty

Silas is Too Tough to Die but I see the bounty issue.

Do recommend, A+ fun, going to throw together a variant with a couple Gomorra Lots and a couple Ace of hearts to get in that tertiary value.
