I have spun through several iterations of this deck and settled on this build for overall balance.

Sister Mary Gideon is pretty nice but Andrew Burton is the real star. Throw a sword on him and if Sister Mary Gideon has a Consecration and they cheat on lowball or a Sword of the Spirit he becomes a 4-6 stud missile... not to mention Faster on the Draw works wonders on him.

It is pretty effective overall 10-3. The deck won (3-0) in an OP tournament... It also took a 2nd place finish (2-1) in an OP tournament 8/14. My losses were typically from my overly aggressive play style that put me in tough positions.

The general play style is aggressive with good defense. The turns that Consecration kicked off on lowball are where you need to be aggressive... even better if you won lowball.

Minimum starting GR is 7 and 9 if you win lowball which almost guarantees you can empty your hand first turn and get those miracles faster. The draw structure seems to pull a lot of legal hands ... mostly full house and the occasional 4 of a kind. Why is that not bad? Holy Roller and Consecration tends to make your opponant avoid cheating... it evens the odds a bit. I have however paid 5GR for Cheatin' Varmint to avoid losing Sister Mary Gideon in a situation where my opponent and I had legal Full Houses. It was worth it.

The only tweak I debate on is one less Evanor and Unprepared adding a Rapier and another Sword of the Spirit... That card really locks down spells nicely.

I like the Miracle decks but I'm still running Abram xp cause I fear the Sun in Yer Eyes. The problem I have is that I can't play a Faster on Draw on Mary. And if I play moves I loose the benefit from her standing alone. What do you think about that : did you have expérimented some troubles about that ?

There is always something to fear. I mostly used Andrew Burton and Consecration or Faster on the Draw. I would bring Sister Mary Gideon in with him depending on the situation. Sometimes it was just her. The combinations of miracles make her pretty tough. Even if you do get Sun in Yer Eyes the reduced casualties and Holy Roller allow you to get out after the first round of the shootout if need be.

I thought about Abram Grothe (Exp.1) but I like no upkeep to start as well as a higher starting money.

Just noticed it has Law Dogs Listed. I use The Arsenal more often since it has great synergy with Consecration. Both seem to work though.

I'm thinking this deck structure could benefit most from the new outfit. Have you had time to play test with Abram's Crusaders?

I am tweaking. Abram's Crusaders is great for melee blessed.

I'm so torn because I don't like jacks as much as other values for blessed, but Rapier is just so perfect and I want 4 in my Abram's Crusaders deck.
