Deck built around the Judge. Trying to intentionally build a shootout deck. Looking for advice as always. Thanks!

That 3 starting upkeep is pretty scary, I would recommend cutting Xiong "Wendy" Cheng for Tommy Harden in your starting posse. He fills a similar role, and you wouldn't be able to use Wendy's ability if she went along on the Judge job anyway (unless you can The Stakes Just Rose her in). You didn't leave yourself much money, and can't count on winning lowball due to the relative strength of your full house structure. Having at least one income will make sure you don't get into debt you can't climb out of.

I would cut Dog's Duster, Whiskey Flask, and Baijiu Jar for some combination of Pair of Six-Shooters, Sun in Yer Eyes, and Shotgun.

Recommend changing Mustang to Doomsday Supply, or more Pearl-Handled Revolvers.

You could add in some 4 of Clubs to have the potential for a straight flush, but that is a serious dedication of deck space. If you decide to do that I recommend Coachwhip.

If you have Willa Mae MacGowan she would make an excellent fifth starting dude.

I do not know how I missed that. I guess I was more concerned about the draw. How many should I go with of each value?

Your value ratio as it is should work fine. For an aggressive shooting deck like this, I recommend picking one structure and sticking to it. If you want maximum chances for full houses/four of a kind/five of a kind, you'll want to have two values at 16 cards each and one value at 15 cards (with your 5 starting dudes that gives you 52 cards).

If you want a little more flexibility, 2x16 with the last 15 cards being off-value tech cards is a good balance. You are pretty close to that right now, but ideally you would not be starting dudes that are on-value for your structure (Jake, Judge, and Travis are all on-value for this deck). This is fine though, as it gives you a few card slots for off-value tech cards (such as your already included The Stakes Just Rose).

If you want to go for the straight flush strategy, I would recommend 6 consecutive values at 4 cards each in one suit. So for this deck, you would want to add 4s and 6s of clubs, and 2 more 3 of clubs. After that, you might want to pick two of those values to round out closer to 12-16 cards, so you can make full houses as a backup plan. You already have a good setup on A, 2, and 5, so pick one of those to cut into to make room for the extra clubs.

Some good commentary above from @RNash.

I like the idea of Xiong "Wendy" Cheng and the judge working together, but wonder if going 4x Pistol Whip and using the experienced Judge Harry Somerset (Exp.1) and dropping Wendy might work better? Maybe switch in Willa Mae MacGowan instead of Travis Moone to save an extra starting GR for a more orthodox judge blitz? That said, like the attempt to use original judge for blitz!

Could also splash in Coachwhip! as extra Cheatin' punishment and open up a back-up straight flush?
