Sloane deck using DD. Controls town center with the gang per usual. Pistol whip and Soul Blast boots out contenders with the occasional ace, especially with the aid of Corporeal Twist. Paralysis Mark on low value targets, but it can reliably hit 7's and sometimes 9's on Wilbur or Jonah. Cheating is a problem, but this is just an alpha version of the list.

Draw Structure: 5s: 16 8s: 16 6s: 12

Standard Full House - 4 of a kind - 5 of a kind. Jokers for insane soul blast luck pulls and for getting bomb draw hands that aren't cheating hopefully.

6's seem like a weak value for you. You have good dudes in that slot, yes, but the rest are at best mediocre (Killer Bunnies Casino and The R&D Ranch) and more often than not sub-par (Hot Lead Flyin' and Concealed Weapons).

I mean, let's look at Hot Lead Flyin'. You need to (A) lose a shootout, (B) have dudes left in the shootout, and (C) make a pull. Most of your dudes are 5 or 6 value...so all of your 8's will do nothing for them and all of your 6's will do nothing for a good portion of your dudes (including your starters).

I'd recommend ditching 6's as a value for you and just eat the fact that Bobo, Jonah, and Wilber will eat into your off-value slots. Honestly, you probably don't need Bobo at all. Sure he's a 4 Stud with Jose, but you already have Steven Wiles as a 3 Stud with him and Steven is on-value.

Personally, I'd recommend swapping to 10's. There are amazing cards in that slot and they make your Soul Blasts even deadlier:

10S Avie Cline - All around solid dude. She also helps by providing another back-up huckster slot so you can drop 6's altogether if you want.

10S Richard Slavin - He's a relatively cheap back-up Stud providing influence that can give you back Doyle's Hoyle to re-use.

10C Unprepared - Perhaps the best Shootout card in the game currently.

10C Extortion - Money is never bad.

10C Recruitment Drive - Again, you might need the economy with expensive out-of-faction shooters like Barton and Pancho.

10H Shadow Walk - ZOMG such a good card.

10H Doyle's Hoyle - Helps give your Soul Blasts more bite, and Slavin can search for it so you maybe only need 1x if you run him.

Wow, do I look the fool. Somehow thought this was a 4R deck...don't know how that happened...disregard above :)

(Though 6C cards still generally suck!)

A lot of your comments are perfectly on point. (No problems about confusing this for a 4R deck lol! To answer a few of them:

Shadow Walk would be too tricky to cast reliably with a Huckster 0 and 5's in the deck.

6's Gives me another monster stud - Bobo becomes a 4stud in a shootout with Morales.

Morales is a 10 value. As long as he is in the shootout, which should be in town square if I'm doing my job right - then hot lead flyin will always generate at least 1 casualty. I'm not planning on losing, but if I do I will mitigate the losses as needed. Nothing wrong with Killer Bunny and the Out of Town ranch, both produce 2 rock, have influence, 1 is out of town for potential safety and the other helps me cycle unwanted hearts/diamonds/spades out of my hand if I need to draw into cards I need.

10s are amazing, if you look at any of my other decks just about none of them go without unprepared, but I couldn't justify it in this deck if I wanted to abuse Morales starting.

But what's the point in paralyzing low-value dudes? You want to keep the big baddies out of town square, but you cannot do so reliably.

I feel like you need to either go up (from 5s and 6s to 10s and Qs, but then you're probably better off starting Jonah Essex), or down (from 8s to 3s, where Shotgun is waiting for you to abuse it. Oh, and don't forget the Stone Idol! :)
