Action Heavy LD 2.0

Lowball deck designed to bleed out the opponents GR if they are over aggressive. Winning lowball allows me income as well as the winner advantage which helps with shootout actions. This deck avoids all shootouts and uses dudes to do actions or for their influence.

Any input on anti-aggro that fits this deck is encouraged! In my meta, all people do is go all-out-shooter. I want a sure-fire way to deal with this.
