The blessed law of Tombstone sure does ride again! Went 3-1 at the Copenhagen Tombstone Series event while teaching both Outlaws, the “fake” Law and Fearmongers the way of the lord. Only the Anarchist where to drunk to understand..

All of the games where very close this time and I honestly felt I was about to lose several times.

Game 1 against law dogs featuring good old Wendy. He started a tough posse with little economy so when I had the choice to bring the shootouts to me I did (so he couldn’t make bounty money). I played Bilton Collection Agency the one side and The Whateley Estate to the other next day. Lucinda "Lucy" Clover almost tricked my Steven Wiles at the Estate with Grim Servant O' Death, but fortunately Steven was the better shooter with The Reverend as support. Xiong "Wendy" Cheng was a pain to deal with especially combined with Suns and Faster on the Draw, but between Steven and Thunderboy, I finally prevailed. 1-0

Game 2 against Drunken Masters. Daniel was sporting loads of bullets through Rapiers and Shan Fan Showdown!. We both put down a lot of deeds on each side, so the chess game was on. Some casual shooting in town square saw me lose Rev. Perry Inbody when I forgot to react with Cavalry Escort. Not sure it had made a huge difference as both Steven Wiles and Daomei Wang came to town near the end. I prolly should have forced shootouts as I had both Pedro and Cavalry Escort on the table. But his superior movement tricks sealed the game. 1-1

Game 3 against Fearmongers/ FMB. I didn’t see deeds or goods the first couple of days and also lost lowball, which ment a slow start. Leonardo "Leon" Cavallo was also making it difficult to use Father Tolarios to find stuff. I decided to send a Bounty Hunter after Valeria Batten with the whole gang as I was holding 2 Point Blanks in my hand. Had kinda forgotten how cool Black Owl is, so after shooting a few chumps Point Blank, I had to ace Willa Mae MacGowan to not lose "Thunder Boy" Nabbe. After that I really felt hindered because of Black Owl. Mikael put control points on the table and soon after launched a scary kidnappin on Father Tolarios where I felt I had to defend. Luckily the Fearmongers surprisingly showed a 1 pair to my legal house and that was game. 2-1

Final game was against Anders’ Outlaws and Desolation Row who started Dave "Slim" Gorman and Emilia Vivirias. Epically we knew we we played for first place, so it was all in. Emilia got an early Forget to keep "Thunder Boy" Nabbe in check. I started with an Intercession and Cooke's Nightcap and decided to play both after Anders committed to his job. It ment I had ghost rock, so I built up for a few days while Thunderboy still had forgotten the way of the law... at this time Henry Moran had 4 bounty and Emilia had 1 from the Law Dogs. I finally won lowball and called a Bounty Hunter for Emilia in town square before she could make Thunderboy forget again. We both committed hard, but only for 1 round, then Willa brought him home. I got what I came for, took control of town, but only to see the outlaws hire Morgan Lash at 6 GR. Next day I looked at my hand and didn’t find any shootout actions. Luckily I had a lot of CR on the table as well as Pedro, Get Behind Me, Satan! and Rosenbaum's Golem. Forget hit "Thunder Boy" Nabbe, but Rev. Perry Inbody aspired to be a Sentinel before a massive shootout started in town square where no one wanted to bend. Intercession made him 3 stud, so I felt ready. A hexslinging saw me lose the first round which I soaked with Get Behind Me, Satan!. I had been to jumpy and forgotten to save Hattie DeLorre for the next round when Morgan Lash would be wanted, so she was still a 5 stud. A Point Blank took out my Rosenbaum before round 2. The next round I lost Pedro to a legal 4oaK. Third round was critical. He only had 1 card left, so I kinda knew/ counted he had a joker which I thought ment at least a 4oaK. So a Full House wouldn’t do the job. I decided to cheat 5 while I had Willa and I expected to be hit by It's Not What You Know.... He also revealed 5oaK, but he didn’t know more then me! I discarded Hattie so I still had Willa as safety valve and he lost Dave "Slim" Gorman! Anders decided to stay even though I now knew I could cheat. Had he not, we had gone another day. I pulled another cheating 5 to his cheating House and with only Morgan and Henry left in the posse, Jake Smiley conceded from his lookout at home. Good thing I managed to gear up fast or the whole shootout could have easily gone south.

Another great shooting day have come to an end and everybody walked away with plenty of loot. And what amazing loot there is in this set btw. Awesome stuff!

@DoowaPlease note that I do take umbridge of being called Fake Law. But since you won the game I will let it slide. For now. Next time though I sure hope Xiong "Wendy" Cheng will kick some teeth in.

Thx for the game! That was a tight and interesting shootout in the end. You were right - I should have pulled back and waited a day - but you were loaded for bear on the board with huge economy and a bunch of cards on your dudes and I wasnt sure my economy would let me keep Morgan Lash another turn - so I needed to win that shootout!

I do wish I had some cheatin' res in hand that day ;)
