Revised and restructured version of this deck (please let me know if it's bad form to repost decks like this, I figured things were quiet enough these days to risk it).
As before, it does basically what it says in the title: Cheap high-bullet Draws and plenty of ways to turn them into Studs that are hopefully both cost-effective big enough to shoot for the straight flush).
Suggestions for improvements still very welcome - and I know Ambrose Douglas would be a natural value fit, but I had to drop something, and with Kate already discarding cards and the generally low cost of the deck, I might actually not have spare cards for Ambrose to cycle.

Seconding the point above on studs, but as noted you've got ways to make them! Grim Servant O' Death can even be used on your own dudes to make studs. :)

Looks solid to me! The one thing lacking is a starting stud, but of course you have lots of ways to create them. You have 3 income, so you don't necessarily need to run your home's job day 1. Instead you can sit at home and build up for a bit before needing to do that, if need be, which is a fun and somewhat different way to run out of this home. Most Des Row decks need to be able to fight day 1, but unless they plop down lots of deeds/CPs right away, you can build up for a bit first.
Only other suggestion is to play it a bunch and see what works and what doesn't!
