Idea of this deck is to lock down the opposing outfit by booting them and reducing their influence. I wanted to keep it action heavy in order to outmaneuver my opponent. Once they are booted, or rendered influence-less, I can attempt to run the town. I kept the level of deeds low because I would rather maintain control of a smaller amount of deeds that have had Establishin' Who's in Charge used on them in order to build enough control.
I hope to get opposing dudes out of position with Rumors and Too Much Attention. Once they are vulnerable, I hope to Ambush or Kidnappin' their dudes. The draw structure in this is aimed at a flush, but I hope to avoid shootouts if I can. Xiong "Wendy" Cheng or Pistol Whip will allow a well-planned Ambush or Kidnappin' to succeed without a hitch. They can even both be used if the opponent manages to get two in the mark's posse if you have Missed! in hand.
Because there are not a lot of deeds, I needed econ-action cards such as One Good Turn…, A Coach Comes to Town and This is a Holdup!. This all should pay for an Ambush here and there. You have a decent shot at winning low ball in case you are strapped for Ghost Rock.
Had to add Make the Smart Choice to protect your limited dudes, as you are trying to avoid fair fights (the draw structure cannot be relied on).
Androcles Brocklehurst provides additional economy as well as an engine for Law Dogs's ability. Philip Swinford allows you to gain the card advantage if the opponent ends up with cheating low-ball hands. Travis Moone will work with Kidnappin's requirement for extra bullets. Steven Wiles is included for the influence swing and ability to stage an Ambush or Kidnappin'.
